MAT Kosovo has welcomed in 2018 with a revamp to integral parts of its infrastructure.

Move over MasterChef! Chef Muhamet ‘Meti’ Zyrafete and his team are here to delight you with scrumptious wholesome meals sourced from local farmers. In the short stand down period between courses (18th December 2017 and the 7th January 2018) we undertook a full refit of the Kitchens, Larder and Laundry areas. These areas now meet and exceed the rigorous ISO standards, which means that all dietary needs are catered for in a food safety compliant kitchen. We’d be happy for you to advise us of any dietary restrictions when you register for the course.

Not only are PCM and MAT Kosovo committed to dealing with the Remnants of War, we are also environmentally conscious and have installed a state-of-the-art central heating and hot water management system. Kosovo is in the central Balkan Peninsula which means it can get very cold in winter. If snowfalls it creates a beautiful winter wonderland and we want our clients and colleagues to be warm and comfortable after a tough day out in the training grounds. Our new wood pellet burner is eco-friendly, and we source our pellets from local saw mills.
