Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Course – Peja, Kosovo

PCM & Resource Group from the UK recently ran a 5-day Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) flight school. This flight school was to CAA standards and licensing and involved 8 students from around the globe, who wished to use UAS in their operational work after training and licensing. The flight school was over 3 intensive days with 2 extra days flight training and looking at the use of UAS in Humanitarian Mine Action (HMA) and specifically in relation to IED threat mitigation and planning. Industry professionals were also involved from K9 to database systems and there were a number of presenters invited to test their flight systems and demonstrate their findings to the course participants.

In 2018 we will be running at least two 5-day ‘UAS in HMA’ courses at the MAT Kosovo EOD & ERW Training Establishment.For more information kindly contact info@pcm-erw.com.
