Ben Remfrey, PCM and MAT Kosovo’s Managing Director, visited Alford Technologies facility in Somerset on Thursday the 27th May 2021.

Ben Remfrey, PCM and MAT Kosovo’s Managing Director, visited Alford Technologies facility in Somerset on Thursday the 27th May 2021.  The purpose of the visit was to meet Alford’s team and to view the facility.

The brand and reputation of Alford is second to none, when considering their innovative approach to ensuring the HMA and Commercial EOD & IEDD companies in our industry have the best and safest tools for the job in hand, day to day.  Of particular interest to me was the sheer capability of the Alford site and the ‘Project Yellowstone’ concepts, which I was fortunate enough to see in action, in the more than capable hands of Paul Rigg, Alford’s Director of training/ SME and Thierry Pope, whose knowledge of the science on explosives was evident from the outset.  PCM & MAT Kosovo and our training establishment in particular, look forward to continuing to strengthen our relationship with Alford and showcase their products on our IMAS-compliant EOD & IEDD courses.
