Due to global demand and the importance of Arabic as a Mine Action, EOD and C-IED industry language, MAT Kosovo’s EOD & ERW Training Establishment has launched scheduled IMAS Arabic training courses open to individual applicants and companies, IMAS Courses for Arabic Speakers include:

Since 2015, MAT Kosovo has hosted and run ERW Awareness, IMAS EOD Levels 1, 2, 3 and HIEDC training courses in cooperation with industry clients, with over 100 Arabic speaking trainees in total.

Being that these are pilot courses, we have reduced the fees by 7.5%, on a one-off basis. We anticipate that these courses will be fully subscribed, therefore, we recommend that if you or your colleagues wish to attend you book accordingly.

There is no pre-qualification to attend the Arabic IMAS EOD Level 1 & 2 course.
To attend the Arabic IMAS EOD Level 3 course you must be IMAS EOD Level 2 qualified or equivalent.
To attend the Humanitarian IED Clearance course you must be IMAS EOD Level 3 qualified or equivalent.

Courses are run consecutively, and students may wish to attend 2 or 3 courses successively.

The IMAS EOD Level 1 & 2 Course will begin on 2 July 2018, followed by the IMAS EOD Level 3 Course beginning on the 23rd July, ending on 10th August 2018. The HIEDC Course commences 13th to 31st August. Course discounts are applicable to consecutive attendance.
