Praedium Consulting Malta (PCM) is a Specialist Explosive Remnants of War (ERW) Risk Management company, operating globally and based in Malta. PCM provides ERW Risk Mitigation for clients involved in specialist projects. Our experience in project delivery is proven, and our scope of services is outlined on this site.

What does Praedium Consulting Malta do?

PCM provides integrated ERW solutions, enabling its clients to operate with preparedness and peace of mind, despite the nature of the business. We also empower our clients with the knowledge their ERW risk is managed effectively and safely, and in compliance with international standards and principles.

PCM has a remote deployable Training Cadre capability, where we deploy a Cadre to a client location – the Cadre then develop the client’s site to incorporate a training facility.  This Training facility is designed to be fit for the role in terms of the training required by the client for their personnel and the particular environment.  The Cadre can be as small as 2-3 specialists, or as large as is necessary to enable the client’s training needs are fulfilled. All training complies with and exceeds IMAS standards and the client’s own SOP’s.  The Cadre’s primary role is to meet the needs and expectation of the client, whereby those subject to our training are then capable and prepared for the operational tasking after that.

Moreover, where needed after training has been delivered to client personnel, we continue to provide mentoring and monitoring during follow on operational tasking.

PCM’s Cadre examples are

1. Northern Syria – a period of 21-months – over 1,000 personnel trained in various levels of IMAS EOD, IED and Explosive Threat Management Training.
2. Northern Iraq – a period of 9-months – over 80 personnel trained as IMAS EOD L2 operators and IED Searchers.  Mentoring on subsequent operations.

The PCM Cadre operates in utmost confidentiality within the client project to ensure total project integrity and client satisfaction.
